Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

In what ways can cooking with our elders reveal history and strengthen our cultural narrative? This cooking class led by Anya and her family will guide you in how to make Green Seasoning and Pepper Sauce, while inspiring you to share in your own family’s traditions. We are connecting across the diaspora creating an Afro-, Indo-, Chinese Caribbean meal in preparation for AMC at Night. We will explore basic knife skills, history of Caribbean cuisine/community, and take home jars of marinade!
