Transformative facilitation is equal parts liberatory approach, skillful means, & magic! When we facilitators evolve our own magic tricks & build adaptive processes, we allow groups to experience the magic of emergence. Building on Part I, participants will use self-reflection and magical inventories to identify & hone our unique facilitation styles. We`ll also bring strategies from the Facilitation for Liberation Network Gathering to test out live in the workshop. Part I strongly encouraged.
