Perfection in Movement Spaces

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Have you ever sat in a space to explore radical change or resist oppressive systems and felt that you were not enough, or that you had to be everything just to participate? This pressure to be "the perfect radical" is rooted in oppressive systems embedded in us, often showing up in our movements in the form of movement personas, competitive organizing, and treating others as disposable. This session will identify roots and symptoms, and will explore moving out of harmful aspects of our movement.
