This workshop will focus on strategic ways to facilitate while being transgender. It will help people to figure out new, inventive ways to get around the difficult questions, stares, and sometimes blatant disrespect. As trans people doing the work we must equip ourselves with the proper knowledge and tools to not only gauge our audiences so that they learn, but educate them so that they retain. Open dialogue forum.
