How can cooking uplift grassroots organizing? We will explore ways to integrate food sovereignty and cooking into personal self-care practices as well as collective movement work. We will use storytelling to share best practices and look at how food is currently being used to create a different reality from capitalism, colonization, and racism. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of food as medicine and concrete strategies for using food to sustain radical movement work.
