Empower Our Social Justice Projects Using the Co-op Model

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Work is an opportunity to reflect our social justice values. Come learn about the systems and structures for setting up a democratic workplace that empowers our creativity and collaboration while supporting ourselves as whole people. We`ll share case studies for setting up worker coops and listen to each other’s questions and challenges. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the coop model along with resources on how they can apply that model to their own amazing media projects.
