Surviving Impossible Times: Herbal Strategies for People of Color

Plants can be powerful in contending with the burnout, illness, and injury from daily and generational violence against people of color. In this session, we will present herbal strategies to address health issues using commonly found plants. We will share our treasure chest of deep knowledge of uses and preparation of our most versatile herbal allies and pass around herbs to taste and touch. Participants will leave refreshed with new herbal knowledge and skills for their survival toolkit.
