Imagine there are 3 types of people: 1) the temporarily abled, 2) those with disabilities, and 3) those in denial. No one is exempt from eventual disability. Yet disability is not the problem, ableism is. Let’s examine our perspectives and transform the ableist lens into a more constructive, inclusive reality, not out of guilt or pity, but because inclusiveness makes our movements stronger.
