How can we ensure that the structure and policies of our orgs reflect our values? We`ll share our experiences as two journalism orgs seeking to organize ourselves internally to reflect the world we want to see. Together, we`ll generate holistic and humanistic org policies to share with other orgs trying to grow with integrity, and identify trainings and approaches that orgs need to hold folks accountable and heal. Participants will leave with ideas and a strengthened network of colleagues.
