Fuel the Poor People's Campaign with Music

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Music activates people in ways that simple speech/protesting cannot. This session makes a space for learning and creating movement songs with a focus on the Poor People’s Campaign. First, we`ll share songs, originals and remixes). Those who want to write or compose will do that next. We`ll end with different people practicing leading songs to sustain our movements! Participants should leave the workshop with new songs learned/written and better prepared to lead a group in song. Instruments welcome.
