Florence Noel

Dear Black Women
Florence Noel, affectionately called Flo, is a Haitian-American global citizen born and raised in New York. Flo’s passion is to leverage the resources, talents and knowledge she has to support efforts for the healing and liberation of Black and Brown people all over the world, particularly cis and trans women and children. She is founder of Dear Black Women, an affirmation movement for Black women, and has over 10 years experience in the education technology space in New York City. She is currently pursuing her MBA and MSI (Human Computer Interaction/Social Computing) at the University of Michigan and singing and rapping in her band when she can.
