Krista Rowe

Michigan Public Health Institute
Krista Rowe is a Community Health Consultant and Facilitator for the Center for Health Equity Practice (CHEP) at Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI). She is experienced in developing, implementing and facilitating dialogues with community based organizations and public health professionals. Her area of focus is the application of Health Equity and Social Justice using community organizing principles through facilitated dialogue. She co-facilitates workshops, conducts learning labs and presents on this content area. She has completed coursework in Teacher Education and Community Based Participatory Research and holds her degree in Community Advocacy and Governance with a Political Science concentration from Michigan State University. She is on track to becoming a certified Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator in 2018.
