Raven Stubbs

IND Consultant
Raven’s practice of dismantling is her work as an educator, artist, writer, facilitator, and independent consultant specializing in anti-oppression, diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings as well as creating programs and curriculum and designing implementation strategies. She has lived at the intersection of theatre and social justice since her early days at the Detroit High School of the Fine and Performing Arts. At Illinois Wesleyan University, Raven obtained an honors research in Ethnodramtic Theatre Studies. Her research led her to creating Anti-Oppression workshops as a tool for community building and organizing. Raven’s passion of advocating for social change and human rights led her to her Masters in Education Policy and Management with the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She hopes to make intentional hugs and kindness law in this country.
